We offer a 14-day return and refund policy, starting from the day your order arrives. In most cases, we offer credit notes as a refund or an exchange where applicable. In this case, we provide the customer with store credit for the item amount (some exceptions may apply). Please ensure that you are sure about the items before placing your order. Kindly read product descriptions and any sizing charts before ordering. All orders are final.

If for any reason an order is returned, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the buyer will be refunded their purchase amount within 1-3 working days.
