01. The order
When placing an order, the expected shipping day will be indicated. Once the order has been confirmed, the delivery time will also be mentioned in the order confirmation. Please note that the shipping day shown during the order process will match the shipping day listed on the order confirmation. If you have any concerns or need assistance, you can reach out to our customer service.
What should I do if I see a longer delivery time for my order? Can I cancel it?
If you notice that the delivery time for a part of your order is longer than expected, you can contact our customer service to cancel (part of) the order. Your purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within two business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
How do I receive the invoice for my order? After payment, invoices are not automatically sent to you. If you wish to receive an invoice, you can do so in two ways:
- Through Your Account: Log in to your account on our store website, where you can view your orders and download the invoice.
- Request via Customer Service: If you prefer, you can contact our customer service team to request an invoice.

When do I receive my order?

How can I cancel my order if the delivery time is longer than expected?
If the delivery time for your order is longer than initially indicated, you may cancel (part of) the order. Please contact our customer service team, and they will assist with the cancellation. Your purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within two working days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
Invoices are automatically sent to you via email after your payment has been processed. You will receive the invoice promptly, and if you need to access it later, you can log into your account to download it.

How do I return my order or request an exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on initiating a return or exchange.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within two business days.
